Because of this support , the Cooperative experienced the implementation of a quality policy , assembling a new layout and training of selectors to act appropriately on the Solid Waste Management System of Campinas , in the context of the possibilities opened by the National Policy Solid Waste . Thus it is accredited to become the first cooperative recyclable Campinas to sign direct contract with the City , to receive for their services .

The contract with the City Department of Public Utilities force since January and has a term of 12 months. The PorAmérica Program - Strengthening Program for Base Organizations - ODB to Combat Poverty was one initiative promoted and co-financed by RedEAmérica , in alliance with the Inter-American Development Bank - IDB and the Corporation for Community Development Consortium .
