Garbage collectors are able

The Coca - Cola Brazil , in partnership with FIFA , will be responsible for the action of the solid waste management of the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014. The action, which was to test the FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 when 70 tons of material were destined for the processing industry , will be held in 12 cities hosting the mega event .

To ensure design excellence , the company will train the entire team of pickers who work during the games , making the training for Waste Management in the World Cup Stadiums of FIFA. In all, 840 skilled pickers . Cuiabá received training on Tuesday , day 01 , in Delmond Hotel .

During the World Cup all the solid waste produced in the stadiums will be collected and sent to recycling cooperatives supported by Coca - Cola Brasilparticipantes the Collective Recycling Project , which supports the management and training in 300 cooperatives in 22 states . In Cuiabá , in all material collected will go to Pantanal Arena Alternative Cooperative of Recyclers , Recycling and Conservation of the Environment of the State of Mato Grosso ( COOREPAM ) and the Association of Recyclable Materials Vargem Grande ( ASSCAVAG ) . The estimated five tons of recycling waste are produced every match of the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014.

The course has a workload of 4h and classes scavengers learned how to handle the equipment that will be used during the World Cup . They were also trained on the dynamics of working within the stadium , and have recebidoinformações safety and behavioral issues .

The recycling of waste is planned at the National Solid Waste Policy , established in 2010 , establishing standards for the collection, treatment and final destination of urban and industrial waste , among others .
