Program encourages partnership between credit unionsInitiative Sebrae should provide greater supply of financial services to individual , small and micro microentrepreneurs affiliates
Brasilia ( 3 / 04 ) - Sebrae want to help improve the performance of credit unions with small businesses . For this, it will encourage inter-cooperation among them , developing partnerships between Cooperative Program , launched today in Brasilia ( DF ) , during the seminar of the Financial Leadership and Business Cooperatives , conducted with support from the OCB system .

 
The idea is that a better structured cooperative in serving small businesses can also sponsor up to three other credit , developing a work of cooperation and technical support , deploying new operating practices and new product lines and services ."This will enable greater supply of financial services to individual , small and micro enterprises associated microentrepreneurs , and increase the volume of credit accessed by segment in each cooperative sponsored " says technical director Sebrae , Carlos Alberto dos Santos .

 
Each plan will involve cooperation diagnostic performance in serving small businesses sponsored by the cooperative and proposed improvements with training and a plan for monitoring results . Currently , there are 1,152 credit unions in Brazil , with 540 of them have the potential to participate in this new initiative Sebrae . ( Source : Sebrae )
